Asparagus Ham Strata


Asparagus Ham Strata

Ingredients:

2-3 cups asparagus, steamed
2-3 cups ham, chopped
1 cup swiss cheese
1/2 cup scallion, chopped
10 eggs
3 cups milk
1 tbsp dijon mustard
pepper
loaf of italian bread

Preparation:

Tear bread in to one inch square pieces and layer bread in bottom of 9x12 casserole dish.
Layer asparagus, ham, swiss cheese and scallion on the bread.
Mix eggs, mils, mustard and dash of pepper thoroughly.
Pour egg mixture on casserole.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
