Spinach Eggs


Spinach Eggs

Ingredients:

Baby spinach leaves, raw
Butter
12 eggs
Feta cheese
Italian seasoning
Garlic powder

Preparation

Saute baby spinach in butter in skillet until soft

Beat 12 eggs smooth and pour into skillet and scramble

Add a dash of Italian seasoning and garlic powder.

While eggs are still soft fold in Feta cheese and serve.
