Mexican Quiche

Mexican Quiche


¼ cup flour
¼ tsp salt
¼ cup melted butter
5 eggs, beaten
1 cup cottage cheese
4oz. can of chopped green chiles
2 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese


Combine flour, salt, and butter in a large bowl
Mix in all other ingredients
Pour into a greased quiche dish
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes
